1. Open the Run (by pressing Win + R or by searching run in start menu)and type “gpedit.msc” and press enter.
2. It will open a Window in the name “Local group privacy editor“. In that window using the menu in the left hand side Navigate to

>>Computer Configuration
>>Administrative Templates
>>Network
>>QoS Packet Scheduler
3. Now in the Right hand side menu double-click on the Limit Reservable bandwidth
4. In the window opened you can observe that the Not Configured Option is set as default. Change it asEnabled and set the bandwidth limit to 0. That’s All.
